How we check a supplier before you pay

Every order goes through the same checks before your money reaches a seller, and an inspection at the warehouse before anything leaves China.
For bike parts the check that matters most is fitment, because the failure mode is not a poor part — it is a part that is perfectly good and does not fit your engine.
In this guide
Before the order
- Fitment confirmed in writing against your engine code and, where relevant, measured dimensions — not against the model name on the bodywork.
- Trading history — years active, transaction volume and repeat-purchase rate. Workshops do not reorder a part that did not fit, so repeat purchase is unusually informative here.
- Variant verification where listings conflict. If two sellers give different dimensions for the same "GY6 150" part, one of them is selling something else.
- Price sanity against the rest of the market for the same part.
Dangerous goods screening, before a route is booked
Batteries, oil-filled shocks, fuel-system parts that have held petrol, aerosols and complete engines all have route restrictions. The seller will not mention any of them.
We screen the order for these before booking, because finding out at the warehouse means the goods sit there while a different route is arranged, and you pay storage for the privilege.
After arrival, before shipping
Parts are photographed and key dimensions measured against what the seller stated. Where you have sent a reference sample or a belt to match, we compare directly.
Anything that does not match is raised while the goods are still in China and still returnable.
What we will not do
- Buy or ship parts bearing a motorcycle manufacturer's trademark or logo.
- Ship batteries, fuel-contaminated parts or complete engines by a route that prohibits them.
- Declare a value other than the transaction value on export paperwork.

Common questions
- What do you need from me to confirm fitment?
- The engine code, and for transmission parts the dimensions of the part you are replacing. A photograph with a ruler settles most of the rest.
- Can I send a sample part to match against?
- Yes, to the warehouse. It is the most reliable fitment check available and it removes the argument entirely.
